Exchange or return requests will be processed within 5-6 working days.

Return Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• Shipping and courier charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
• In case of a return or refund, just reach out to us, and we will initiate the process immediately—no questions asked—to make it as easy as possible for you.

Damaged or Broken Products

• For damaged or broken products, we will cover delivery charges for exchanges.
• Refunds for such cases will include the full payment along with delivery charges.
